The party is on Saturday Afternoon only, No Camping.

This is not a booked event but numbers are requested in a Survey Poll on the SYDA Facebook page for catering purposes. (Survey Poll published on 4.11.25. It is not compulsory. Only a guide. Don’t worry if you are not on Facebook)

Please remember to bring all your children a present (around the value of £10 is suggested but allow for inflation) so that Father Christmas can deliver them when he arrives. We don't want any children missing out and not getting a present. 

(Put the child’s first and last name on the gift please so they go to the right child)

Keep your gift receipt as some of you may qualify for a partial refund if the child has attended enough SYDA meets. (T&c’s apply)

DOORS OPEN AT 2pm for games.

Childrens food is usually served around 3pm

A Childrens Entertainer starts around 4pm

A Special visitor arrives around 5pm.
