BELOW IS A SUMMARY OF THE 2025 PARTY FOR INFORMATION AND GUIDANCE ONLY.

THERE MAY BE CHANGES MADE FOR THE 2026 PARTY CLOSER TO THE DATE.

The party is on Saturday Afternoon only, No Camping.

This is not a booked event but numbers may be requested in a Survey Poll on the SYDA Facebook page for catering purposes. (The food survey Poll for 2025 was published on 4.11.25. It is not compulsory. Only a guide. Don’t worry if you are not on Facebook)

Food will also be available for adults.

Please remember to bring all your children a present (around the value of £10 is suggested but allow for inflation) so that Father Christmas can deliver them when he arrives. We don't want any children missing out and not getting a present. 

(Put the child’s first and last name on the gift please so they go to the right child)

Keep your gift receipt as some of you may qualify for a partial refund if the child has attended enough SYDA meets. (T&c’s apply)

DOORS OPEN AT 2pm for games.

Childrens food is usually served around 3pm

(Some food will also be available for adults)

A Childrens Entertainer starts around 4pm

A Special visitor arrives around 5pm.
