All camping will be on grass in the centre of the race track as usual.

Once again, Wetherby will be the location for the Annual SYDA Sports day events with Children showing adults how it should be done. The children then make the adults have a go.

During the meet there will be a Tombola stall for the younger members to have a go at winning a prize. If you have a toy car , doll. fluffy toy, game, jigsaw puzzle, childrens book or any item that a child would love to own please bring it with you and donate it to the stall as a prize.

Thursday - Hall closed.

Friday Evening - The social will be a free and easy evening with music, quiz and bingo in the Bramham Suite on the Grandstand side of the track. (Cross to the outside of the race track for access)

Saturday Daytime - Sports competitions during the day on the inner field as usual. (Subject to weather conditions)

Saturday evening - Professional Entertainment in the Bramham Suite.

Sunday Morning - Coffee morning and winners presentations followed later by the Family Rounders match. (Subject to weather conditions)

Sunday evening - Professional Entertainment in the Bramham Suite.

Monday - Hall closed.
