The 2026 South Yorkshire District Association Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday 28th March 2026 at the Fitzwilliam Arms Inn, Taylors Lane, Parkgate, Rotherham. S62 6EE.

The doors will open at 2pm for the meeting to start at 3pm. All C&CC Members are welcome to attend the AGM. A current valid membership card must be produced on entry. (Paper card or digital card)

This meeting is on Saturday afternoon / evening only. There is no camping available.

The professional entertainment this year will be a comedian. The performance will start and finish earlier than usual after the meal so those that do not wish to stay until late can enjoy the act.

You do not have to book a place to attend the meeting. You do have to book the meal after the meeting.

If you attend the meeting, a Carvery style meal will be provided (No dessert) but only if you book the meal before Friday 13th March 2026.
