South Yorkshire District Association. AGM

The South Yorkshire DA Annual General Meeting 2026 will take place on Saturday 28th March 2026 at the Fitzwilliam Arms Inn, Taylors Lane, Parkgate, Rotherham. S62 6EE

The doors will open at 2pm for the meeting to start at 3pm. Please show your membership cards on entry. (Digital or card)

Notices of Motion and Nominees for Committee positions should be received by the Secretary no later than 17th January 2026.

This meeting is on Saturday afternoon / evening only. There is no camping available.

All C&CC Members are welcome to attend the AGM. A current valid membership card must be produced on entry. (Paper card or digital card)

If you attend the meeting, a Carvery style meal will be provided (No dessert) but only if you book the meal before Friday 13th March 2026. (See below)

Include all of the adults and children that require a meal when you book. (No booking = No meal)

Advise Dave of any special dietary requirements or allegies

You only need to book if you are ordering meals, you do not have to book to attend the meeting.

The meal is usually served around 5.30pm, dependant on the time the meeting closes.

There will be entertainment booked for the evening. (Details to be Confirmed)
