This is a quiet site in the countryside where wild animals and birds can be seen. The large field has some flat level areas and some sloping areas.

Owners of barges and canoes can often be seen passing by on the canal that borders two sides of the campsite.

There are flat, level areas of the field suitable for motorhomes.
