Be sure to speak to the person answering the phone to confirm your booking. Your food order for Saturday Evening after the bonfire will be required.

All payments will be taken at the Bonfire meet for the rally and the food orders. (Cash only please)

Full details of all activities will be announced at the Halloween meet at Beckingham but expect the following:

Friday is 31st October. Even though our Halloween meet was last week we couldn’t have a meet that includes Halloween night and ignore it …. so….,Feel free to get dressed up again to scare your neighbours as you go “Trick or Treat” around the vans. Decorate your vans in spooky attire to encourage witches, wizards and Ghouls and expect some strange visitors. (Have your treats ready)

There will be no organized Halloween activities, competitions or prizes on this meet. Dressing up yourselves or your unit and Trick or Treating is just for fun.

Saturday. Guy Fawkes making in the afternoon, A roaring bonfire, super fireworks and, in the evening, a pie & peas supper followed by Professional Entertainment, Raffle, Bingo etc.
